Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery: Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Delays: During busy periods or due to carrier issues, delivery may take a little longer. If your order seems stuck, just contact us and we will look into it.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, reach out to us at melissaallen2904@gmail.com within 14 days and we will make it right.
