Natural Essential Oils: Unisex Fragrances
These days with life getting busier and busier, I can’t tell you how many times I hear from people that they are wanting more time in their day to get things done, whether that’s at work - spending time on the activities that make their heart sing, or time outside, or spending time with the people they love and doing the things they love…. who can blame them after all life’s meant to be enjoyed.
So guys a twenty fiver hour day isn't coming any time soon. As long as your feet stay planted on the ground, twenty four hours is all you're going to get. So that’s why you hear me talk about that my Mood Essentials™ fragrances are functional fragrances – I designed them that way because I have always loved fragrance and I’ve always believed that everyone should enjoy life.
To explain Mood Essentials™ fragrances are an everyday perfume or cologne to love to wear but also to enjoy a pick me up when you need it, such as I Have Calm, a light earthy floral fragrance that helps to incorporate calmness into your every day....The benefits of calmness is to be able to think clearly, it improve focus and helps to make better decisions, all in all helping you get things done the best way possible….
Or I Have Focus an earthy woody fragrance that will help ground you and combat distractions - letting you get tasks done.
And another way is passing on some life hacks that I’ve learnt about saving time which I needed to do to launch and run my own business, but still have the time to have fun in life ...And while it hasn't been a perfect journey, the things I'm about to share with you has helped.
So here are 3 hacks to help buy more time back in your life
1. Plan your day the night before
Honestly guys writing a to-do-list the night before and having a new intention for each day that I and working towards a goal has really helped to keep my focus and attention on the big picture. Starting my morning completing a task and ticking it off the to-do list helps motivate me to power through the rest of my responsibilities.
2. Avoid interruptions
Distractions can take much longer to get things done, so when you need to get things done, let your calls go to voicemail....Then one thing that I do is do my callbacks when I'm sitting outside with my dog or doing some non-thinking chores. Double duty!
Manage emails. It’s easy to get lured into checking your inbox, just one more time. Unfortunately, if you're checking it every hour or two, it can waste more time than it’s worth. Therefore check your email at certain time of the day.
And if you're trying work at home, explain to family and friends that you have work to do and will not be available between certain hours but would love to hear from them after that. You choose your hours.
3. Wake up earlier
Need an extra hour in the day? Get up an hour early and have your first cup of coffee or tea sitting at the computer going through your e-mails, answering your e-mails. This has been something I started to do last year when home we added a new puppy to our family. Getting up that bit earlier to have coffee and read through your emails can work wonders.
